meet Reid and Nick

cofounder Nick Rogers lost his job in fashion this year and made a decision to do something he's always wanted to do, travel the country. he bought a 20 year old van and hit the road. during many national parks and very few showers in between, he found himself wearing the same t-shirt. he liked it because it didn’t wrinkle as much as his other shirts and had an odor resistant quality to it. he knew there was some kind of blend in the shirt but uncertain what it was.

 
nick contacted his old trusted friend, Reid, who's been in the apparel manufacturing industry for 15 years. after losing his own full-time job, he was freelancing and simultaneously exploring unique fabric options.

they decided nothing spoke to different blend types and the qualities that each material blend provides. from there, blndco. was born.
